There are several ways to order, our easy online ordering system allows you choose your items and pay via credit card, bank deposit or cheque. While we welcome cheque and bank deposits as payment options, we request payment is received within 7 days as items cannot be held past this time frame. Items will be dispatched once payment has been received and cheque payments cleared. Customer information and data collected is stored within our secure site servers and personal information will only be shared with necessary third parties to complete your order ie Australia Post, credit card payment facilitator etc. Credit card payment information is stored within the secure payment gateway system as displayed on the site. The payment gateway is Eway. If you change your mind about an order placed and have not yet received it, please give me a call to arrange cancellation.
**If paying by Pay Pal, remember to click on the Pay Pal link to make your payment. No Pay Pal account is required.
Postage is calculated at check out so don't feel shy about loading up your cart and proceeding to checkout for your postage total before committing to your order. Orders are dispatched via Australia Post or courier within 2 days of payment being received or up to 10 days for specially made orders.
We reserve the right to dispatch via Australia Post or Courier with larger orders being dispatched via courier with desired instructions. Goods may take 3-10 business days to arrive after receipt of payment and international destinations 20-30 days. Supreme Equestrian will not be held liable for delays in postage or courier services.
