Product availability and pricing
Our products are advertised on the basis they are available at the time of web site update or print of catalogue unless otherwise stated as out of stock; however some sizes will often sell out fast. As we endeavour to update out system as often as possible to keep our customers up to date, occasionally items may sell out before we have been able to do so. Unforseen delays beyond our control in regards to transit may occur from time to time and in this case our web site will be updated to keep you informed. Items are despatched with either courier or Australia Post and Supreme Equestrian reserve the right to use either forms of delivery at its' descretion.
This web site and its content is owned and operated by Supreme Equestrian Pty ltd ABN 37124340521 and no duplication is permitted without prior permission from Supreme Equestrian.
Limitation of Liability
- All product and technical information within this Website is based on manufacturers’ claims.
- Products purchased from Supreme Equestrian Pty Limited should only be used strictly in accordance with any instructions set out in this Website or provided with the product.
- To the extent permitted by the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and relevant legislation in the States and Territories of Australia, the sole obligation of Supreme Equestrian Pty Limited is to use its best endeavours to provide the product or products and Supreme Equestrian Pty Limited shall not be liable for any other claims or damages including, but not limited to, claims for faulty design, negligent or misleading advice, damages arising from loss or use of the products, and any indirect, special or consequential damages or injury to any person, corporation or other entity.
- Products supplied to you as a “consumer” of goods within the meaning of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar State legislation will be supplied subject to certain non-excludable rights and remedies in respect of the products and nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or restricts or modifies any condition, warranty, right or remedy which pursuant to the Trade Practices Act or similar legislation is so conferred.
- If the product is a product not ordinarily acquired for personal, domestic or household use or consumption then pursuant to Section 64A of the Trade Practices Act, 1974 and similar provisions of relevant State legislation, Supreme Equestrian Pty Limited limits its liability to payment of an amount equal to the lowest of:
(a) The cost of replacing the product;
(b) The cost of repairing the product;
(c) The cost of having the produce repaired of replaced.
Items ordered where either direct credit or cheque payment option is selected as payment method must be paid within ten days. Failure to remit funds within the said time will result in the order being cancelled and the item returned to stock.
